Why no records are kept here

Under 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the duty to keep age records lies with whoever films, photographs or otherwise produces images of real sexually explicit conduct, or reproduces such images. This website does none of that. It publishes text, a few drawn symbols and links, and none of its pages show such depictions.
